No Demise for the Jumpsuit

I once posted during Fashion Week 2010, that the jumpsuit should go away - well I was wrong (sort of).  You see, the jumpsuit itself is not a bad fashion statement, but there should be close attention paid to the body type that wears it.  We are not all size 0 stick models such as the designers use, so we should not kid ourselves in thinking that we can put on a jumpsuit that accentuates the hips (because models don't have any), or flattens the boobs (because models don't have those either).  If you don't look for the best jumpsuit for your body type, you could end up looking like an  oompa-loompa!  My choice? Check out designs by Diane Von Furstenberg at www.dvf.com, Donna Karan at www.donnakaran.com and Rachel Roy at www.rachelroy.com; they design for the "real" woman!
